Manhattan CLARO
Manhattan CLARO meets on the second Tuesday of each month from 2:00p.m. to 5:00p.m. and on the fourth Tuesday of each month form 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Clinics are held in Room 323A at the New York Civil Court, located at 111 Centre St, New York, NY 10013. For questions or to complete an intake in advance of arriving at the clinic, please contact (929) 388-0885 on Mondays from 12p.m. to 2p.m.
We recommend you come to CLARO as soon as you become aware that there is a case against you, if possible before filing your Answer with the court. If you have already filed your Answer don’t worry, just come to CLARO as soon as you can – the earlier the better. And if you only realize there’s a case against you once a default judgment has been entered and your wages or bank account are being garnished, it’s not too late – CLARO can still help. Manhattan CLARO can occasionally provide legal advice remotely to a limited number of individuals with consumer debt and credit card issues – please reach call our hotline for additional information on remote assistance.
